Authentic Happiness Workshop Format

In the Authentic Happiness forums we work on what is right with people. We work on what is best in life. Authentic Happiness Coaching helps people to become happier, more productive, and experience increased life satisfaction.

We can meet as little as once to address workstyle preferences, or individual Signature Strengths. Or we can meet over the course of 6, 8 or 10 week period to meet the Authentic Happiness Learning Goals.

Training sessions are designed to incorporate a combination of theory and active participation. Much of the time if theory alone is taught most of the information is forgotten rapidly and never put into use. I make the training sessions as fun as possible. When the participants are involved directly and having fun with the program they will pay attention better and remember more and achieve better results.

  • The theory and practice of Positive Psychology and Authentic Happiness.
  • Weekly Authentic Happiness exercises for you and/or your staff.
  • Learning to use a powerful collection of exercises for increasing pleasure, life satisfaction ,engagement, and meaning.
  • Exercise and assessment material.
  • Additional materials and updates throughout the program.
  • Discussions and demonstrations about how to use the Authentic Happiness materials, assessments, and exercises.
  • Going over homework assigned each week so you can practice new skills with partners from your group.
